Our Impact

One Family LA is an example of collective impact in action; a community organization driven approach that mobilized to meet the immediate needs of working families brought on by the pandemic. One Family LA’s impact on thousands of families was only possible because of the people and organizations that stepped up when Los Angeles needed them the most.

What We Accomplished

Financial assistance through One Family LA covered basic necessities like food, rent, and medical care.

  • Almost $2.5M raised and distributed directly to families.
  • Communities Reached: South Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, Southeast Cities, San Fernando Valley, Pico Union, and Watts.
  • Over 8,000 families assisted.

Many of our partners continue to work with the families that have been supported through this effort by facilitating access to additional resources and services to help them through these uniquely challenging times.
